Our Story
The SAYER Law Group, PC can track its humble beginnings to the year 1977, as a two-person firm in Waterloo, Iowa. The firm grew and quickly earned its reputation as a strong general practice law firm. Today, The SAYER Law Group, PC is a nationally recognized multi-state legal services provider, with a focus on areas such as foreclosure, creditor’s bankruptcy rights and civil litigation. Since 1977, we have worked hard to build a significant presence and a solid reputation throughout the entire United States.

Brian G. Sayer, C. Morgan Lasley, Allen Hensley
Brian G. Sayer
Graduated from Iowa State University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Psychology and Political Science in 1996, and from the University of Iowa College of Law, with distinction, in 1999. Mr. Sayer specializes in default legal services. He has also been appointed as a Federal Foreclosure Commissioner for both single family and multi-family homes. Mr. Sayer is the Managing Partner of The Sayer Law Group, and under his leadership the firm has become recognized as one of the top performing default firms in the United States, receiving numerous awards for excellence.
Morgan Lasley
Graduated from Brigham Young University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic and Information Technology, and from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2008. Mr. Lasley is currently the Attorney Manager of The Sayer Law Group. Mr. Lasley is a member of the Black Hawk County Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Wyoming State Bar and the American Bar Association.
Allen Hensley – Operations Manager
Allen Hensley has over 18 years of operations experience and comes to us from a fast paced call center environment. He is accustomed to managing the day to day operations and personnel of offices as large as 250 people. He brings high energy and expectations to the firm and will look to improve upon our existing procedures and make process improvements which will facilitate a greater satisfaction from our clients. Mr. Hensley has been the liaison for Fortune 500 companies as well as the Federal Government. He has received many certifications and accolades throughout his career and is looking forward to putting his skills and knowledge to use here in the organization.
